England 0-0 Ukraine LIVE! Euro 2024 qualifier match stream, latest score and goal updates today
England continue their quest to qualify for Euro 2024 with their first home game of the campaign against Ukraine at Wembley today. Gareth Southgate’s side are coming off a historic win in Italy and look strong favourites to start 2023 with a perfect record.
For Southgate, this feels like the beginning of the end. The Three Lions coach will almost certainly be leading England out in Germany in less than two years’ time but these upcoming European Championships are expected to be his last tournament in charge. After so much progress both on and off the field under his watch, the pressure really is on.
Injuries have played a frustrating part of this campaign so far with England missing Phil Foden in a late team news blow, after Reece James pulled out last night. Follow England vs Ukraine LIVE with Standard Sport’s dedicated match blog. Dan Kilpatrick, Nizaar Kinsella and Dom Smith will be providing expert analysis from the ground!

Gareth Southgate on Channel 4
“[James Maddison]’s been consistent for his club, training for us at a really top level, I’m excited to see him play.
“We want him to have the license to drift, he’s great at finding pockets of space. I don’t want to restrict him too much but he has to do his work without the ball.
“It’s great to have [Ben Chilwell] back fully fit, he’s in good condition, a super athlete. He’s excellent attacking, so we’re excited about that pair down that side.”
