Arizona’s largest police department is now investigating 30-year-old Goggans’ after-hours antics.
The Arizona Republic reports that while he was on duty — and working from home — Goggans was channelling Rico Blaze in X-rated videos on his public Twitter page. Now private, he wrote: “I create Art & my (eggplant emoji) is the pen.”
He reportedly began making porn in 2019, the year he joined the police force. Apparently, the copulating cop had been travelling to porn’s second city, Las Vegas, to star in his “extremely graphic X-rated videos.”
Phoenix Police now say Goggans is the subject of an open internal investigation. He was on home duty for “non-disciplinary reasons.”

Elsewhere, two cops are in hot water in Los Angeles for raunchy photos and hormone-charged hijinks.
L.A. COP SHARED WIFE’S NUDES
One LAPD officer was arrested for sharing nude photos of his wife — also a cop — to his work buddies and other pals. But the brass didn’t find the ‘boys will be boys’ angle much of a giggle.
Now, Officer Brady Lamas, 45, is facing six misdemeanour charges after his stunned wife spotted one of the pictures on his phone as part of a group chat.
“I did not know the photos were taken of me and did not give my consent for any photos of me to be shared with anyone,” she said, as per to court documents obtained by the Los Angeles Times.
The photos were allegedly taken during a doctor’s visit after the unsuspecting wife had breast enlargement surgery. Hubby thought it would be a gas to send pals “before and after” shots.

“My own husband is a predator and he preyed on me,” the female officer said in court papers. “I would have preferred that he punched me in the face.”
She added: “I also worried about how my husband would react when he found out I had discovered his horrible disturbing acts.”

The unnamed victim has a restraining order against her husband who is now on home assignment.
In hindsight, she recalled that fellow officers made “unusual comments” directed at her. She then realized they’d see her intimate snapshots.
One fellow officer told her: “Brady is a lucky man.”
Others stared at her “intently.”
“What is worse is this humiliation will keep repeating, perhaps forever, because the private pictures and graphic videos are now in the hands of strangers and multiple co-workers at the LAPD,” she wrote in court papers.
Meanwhile, at the LA Sheriff’s Dept., a deputy is being probed for allegedly having sex on the job — at least that’s how it sounds after a radio broadcast picked up the action.
TMZ obtained the audio that was heard over the LASD channels. Sources told the website the audio was supplied by a rookie female deputy working at the men’s jail.
As she engaged in carnal capers, she realized her mic was hot and quickly shut it down. By then it was too late for Officer Friendly.
